Anyone know of any sites that sell Acrylic or PlexiGLASS

I'm looking for any info on this..looking to buy Acrylic or PlexiGLASS...want to make a guitar out of it but can't find the stuff anywhere..whats the differnece between them..and price wise between them.. and anyone have any pics they can post of some guitars that are made of these...thanks for the info guys..[img]images/smilies/icon_thumb.gif[/img] [img]images/smilies/icon_jam.gif[/img]

I had an ESP Plexiglass with fluorescent purple wiring thru it! It looked awesome but the tone was a bit hard to get away with...I'll see if I can find a pic and post it.

Hey, you might call a place in columbus ohio called plaskolite.I bet they sell it or know where to get it.the #614 294 3281 .my friends have worked there in the past an they had it then.good luck!

Gonna make a plastic guitar, huh? I gotta tell ya up front that the tone (or rather, lack of) is ALOT to be desired...

May I recommend Maple, some biscuits, glue, clamps, a router, a sander, and a nice flame laminant with a nice coat of stain & poly to go on it???
