Charvel Serial Number question

Anybody have any idea why it is so hard to get information on a charvel serial number? Of course the jackson.com offers info on a few 4 digit serials but I just bought one that has a 6 digit serial and says it is usa made but I really can't be sure. I scoured the net for an hour last night trying to figure it out but found alot of people in the same boat.

I use to own a 6 digit serial numbered Charvel model 350. I read on the net that all 6 digit S/N'd Charvels were Japanese made, but thats about all I found after DAYS of scouring the intarweb.
