OK guys...I'm new here, so go easy on me.
How 'bout some suggestions for getting Eddie's early sound without having a Bradshaw rack and a Tony Little Gazelle excercise program etc.
A few simple pedals along with the obvious humbucking pickup etc.
Anybody have any clinics or videos that focus on getting Eddie's tone and mastering his style?
I've seen Curt Mitchell's
Van Halen style videos, but that's about it. A guy named Bart Walsh (the original guitarist of the
Atomic Punks, and later toured with Roth) did a clinic in LA some years back focusing on Eddie's style, but apparently the video that was recorded has gone by the wayside.
Maybe I'm just asking a question that's been done to death here, but have patience.
