Depends on what year the guitar was produced. There have been changes made over the last ten years to both Standard strats and American Standard strats. To attempt to answer your question - the latest (2005) Mex models have a "modern c-shaped" neck with a 9.5" radius and a 25.5" scale length. I should point out that "Mex-made" strats are only painted/finished and assembled in the Mexico plant. All of the bodies and necks are still produced in the Corona, CA plant.
I've been told by the Fender rep to our guitar shop that there will be changes made to the standard strat models this year (to be unveiled at NAMM this week, I'm sure). From what I can remember off the top of my head, the bridges and pickups will be different, as well as the standard colors offered. Not sure of the other changes, but I'll check back into this and see if there is something I am missing.
Hope I was able to answer your question in the middle of all that.
