Free drum samples for practice

I found free drum samples here . I listened to an mp3 demo and it sounds pretty cool.
Have at it!

Man that software is hard to figure out I can download all the parts but I think I need a program to put it together, the site assumes you know what you need.

Re: Free drum samples for practice

That's what I downloaded was some of the wav's but I couldn't imagine piecing together a drum track with every individual drum piece in cooledit, it would take forever. If that's the case I will just go to loopology and download premade tracks

I haven't tried it yet, but maybe the samples mentioned above are usable in this drumm program: http://www.guitar.sk/drums/drums_main.htm

If I have more time, I'll take a look at it....

Hey now!
Yes I'm a Mac person, so let's not even get started on the subject!

Anywhoo, I just heard the samples on the WEb site but didn't go any further. I think the software is for PCs so I can't use it either.

I'm quite happy with my little Boss DR 550 drum machine; it does the job just fine...

Re: Free drum samples for practice

Looks like I need an actual drum machine. If I could afford it I would buy an electronic drum set but that will have to wait for a while.

Re: Free drum samples for practice

Eric, I was able to pick up myu drum machine from a pawn shop on eBay and got away with 67 bucks with shipping charges. There are deals out there if you look around.
My machine is a few years old, but for the price it works very well and helps me tremendously in practices and recording.

Well, that's fine. I don't have anything against a Mac.

I only thing I want to do sometimes, just for fun, is ordering a PowerMac in a McDrive (from McDonalds).....
I think that would be the ultimate Mac joke....

Hey CC, keep on maccing!!
