Hammer-on Excersize
Here's a lick/scale that I use a lot and I thought I would share it if anyone's interested. This works great in the key's of G major and/or E minor.
Fast
Slow

Like it Eric...I use a similar one and credit it to Reb Beach who I always thought made tapping a new beast back in 1989 when the first Winger album came out.

Re: Hammer-on Excersize
Incidentally, your slow version vs. fast version approach here, is very similar to my playing of Eruption (slow version) vs. the CD version (stupidly fast version)...
Mine just goes on for hours, and sound shag all like it !

How do you get it to sound as widdly-widdly-widdly as it is supposed to instead of blip-blip-blip-blip...
