Has anyone ever been caught out posting files in the originals section which they claim were theirs but werent? I have no idea why im asking, i was just curious [img]images/smilies/smile.gif[/img]

Not that I am aware of [img]images/smilies/dunno.gif[/img] every now and then someone puts a known cover in there and we move it but that's about it.

i haven't seen anythign like that .. funny story though one time i was talking to this random guy who added me to his icq list and he claimed to be this awesome guitarist so i asked him if he had any mp3's of himself and he said "heres this thing i do as a warmup i wip it out at gigs and everyone loves it i finally got to record it the other day" .. and so i'm like cool .. and i open it up and it's the end of the crossroads dual with steve vai doing that insane solo on that telecaster ! and i just laughed it was so sad that people actually try and pull that off

i think if i was ever going to do something like that (which would be incredibly stupid and sad) ..

i'd try and claim spanish fly it sounds almost amateurishly recorded with ed mumbling at the beginning and at the end it'd be too easy hehehe
