Making a comp of SWING music HELP!

I want to make a best of SWING music big band type cd..everyone who knows anything about swing or big band type music give me some songs i should look for ..like artist and song names..stuff like in the movie The Mask with jim carey..that type of stuff..or like "it don't mean a thing if it ain't got that swing...doo wop do wop do wop." sorry for the terrible singing [img]images/smilies/icon_lol.gif[/img] any help will be helpful..thanks guys [img]images/smilies/icon_thumb.gif[/img]

Well, Robbie WIlliams did a whole album of Swing Classics recently.

I'd suggest anything from The Rat Pack, but here's a few classics to get you started...

Try Mr. Bojangles man. It's fantastic. Anything from the The Rat Pack though. Excellent stuff.

Plus, you can pick massive compilations of their stuff really cheaply nowadays. I suggest you check it out. Especially if you can get a live CD. I have one with Dean Martin out of his face cracking joke after joke about his drinking. Very funny.
