I have an
Epiphone Les Paul. I just got the ZW EMG pups for it. According to the wire schematics that came with them, I should have a "cable from 3 way switch". In the diagram it shows a white wire, a red wire, and a black wire all sheilded. My guitar has a red and white wire together sheilded (case is white) and a seperate sheilded white wire (case is grey). Does anyone know which is supposed to be my "black" wire??? All of these wires are from the 3 way switch. The schematics claim they are for a
Gibson Les Paul April 1975 and later. If anyone has put EMG 81 & 85s in their Epi, please let me know what I'm missing. Even if you just have any ideas for me please respond. I am dying playing accoustic.
