how thick is the neck on that 7 string loomis? do they still make them? that OLP is sweet, I love the ernie ball music man family reserve. some of the nicest guitars ever made anywhere. why is the floyd rose discovery have a huge routing around your trem?

The Loomis neck is pretty beefy and yes they still make them. The route on the trem on the Discovery is made that way because the way the string are changed on the speedloader trem. It has like pieces that push down to pop the string out of tension instead of lock bolt like a regular floyd.
