Mysterious Ibanez guitar....

today i was looking around my local music store when i saw this nice looking used ibanez guitar... i checked it out and everything and it was in good condition... i looked to seee what model it was and on the head stock it had the letters EX on it that were farily big and then the ibanez logo in its usual spot. i had never heard of that model... the guitar looked like a good one - licenced floyd rose bridge... nad all that stuff and it looked alot loke the rg series of guitars... i did some looking on the internet but i couldnt find out much about this guitar.... so far i think i have discored the year of it - 1992.. now it looked alot newer then 1992 but that was the year that somone had said the headstock had the big ex letters on it... any help on this guitars model, year, or reviews on this guitar would be a great help. thanks alot! below ill put what i belive the specs are(not sure.. this is jsut what it looked to me at the shop.. no acctull info)
Specs:
<>Neck: Maple or som kind of light colored wood
<>Fretboard: Rosewood
<>Body: No idea
<>Hardware: gold in color. i believe it was brass
<>Frets:22
<>Color: Sunburst type color
<>Bridge: Licenced Floyd Rose
<>Pick ups: can remember the exact sequence.. either H-SH or S-S-H

go to www.ibanezregister.com then to the gallery section. Then scroll down to the rg series section. There's a few models there with EX after the name.

I think that the EX guitars were just 22 fret variations of RGs
