Very beautiful Schecter . The Diamond Series has been on the list of guitars to buy for me ever since i first saw. I definetly get one as soon as i could if it had a locking trem model.

Schecter Diamond series guitars are probably the best 'bang for buck' guitars available IMHO. Here's my V-1 Plus (heavily modded)

Our shop just picked up Schecter this past month and I love the pieces we've gotten so far.

Back when I took lessons starting in '79, the shop I took them from (which is a very high-end pro shop now) made custom guitars with Schecter parts when they (Schecter) were primarily a parts manufacturer. I've always been impressed with their quality, and most of their guitars are a steal for the price against the quality. One of the things I'm most impressed with is the included coil-tap on several models, especially the 5-way "mega-switch" on some of them (has the tap built in at the 2 and 4 positions of the blade switch).

My personal favorite right now is the C-1 Classis Sunburst with gorgeous inlay work on the fretboard. This picture really doesn't do it justice, either. As a matter of fact, all of the Schecter guitars look so much better in person than they do in their catalogs or on their website (and they already look good there! LOL ).

Actually I've played some of the axes at the shop Wolf works at. Their nice guitars I think of the ones I played I only found one that felt akward. Personally I like the Diamond series and this one that has a floyd on it with bats on the fingerboard.

Yep, that be da one I just bought a few months ago! It's the first axe I've owned without a Floyd Rose-style tremolo...so it almost feels like an acoustic because of the sustain and "hollow" feel...great axe for the money though...neck through, real Duncan pups, vine of life inlays...definitely worth the money!
