Stinky Case!

One last question then I'm off for the night.

I got this new guitar case less than a month ago, and this thing has a smell in it reminiscent of a horse barn. phewey! Maybe it is the glue they use...don't they make some glue out of elephant semen? It is a little odiferous!

I was just curious if this smell will fade in time, maybe some charcoal in the case or something. I have been letting it stay open to air it out.

Usually the synthetic fabric and glue that give it the elephant semen smell....LOL
Try to leave it open outside as long as possible in the fresh air.
Then when you take it inside, spay the fuck out of it with Fabreeze and close it.
Do that a few days, and you'll have a nice smelling case.
