urgent...need a dunlop crybaby GCB 95 REVIEW

i m considerin a deal right now..for almost 80 dollars i found a brand new crybaby gcb 95..
it will be my first and last wahwah [img]images/smilies/smile.gif[/img])..i dont have that much money..do u suggest me..??
orfor the same amount ofmoney,,what do u suggest..

well in my opinion,, i own a dunlop crybaby pedal. i have had to replace the pots 2 rtimes do to they got scratchy soundiong and got bad on me. the unit changed my tone entirely when i used it and never liked the tone i was getting along with it. i had to hit the switch really hard to click it off which i didnt like either. don't get me wrong.,, alot will swear by em,, but my experiences with mine made me give up on the unit. I now use a morley steve vai contour wah II that is switchless,, which means as soon as you realease the pedal,, it turns off by itself,,, as soon as you put foot on the pedal,, it activates it,, the tone i get out of it i can adjust to my liking more so,, it is made out of solid steel construction as well as the crybaby,, and it is a really solid great wah pedal for the money. these are all my opinions due to my experiences to the dunlop crybaby i had.

also,, 60 dollars is alot since i paid 129 for my morley that seems better to me,, and i only paid 60 for my dunlop one when i got it. just my 2 sense.

Excellent choice! I am on my second Cry Baby in almost 20 years. The first lasted like 17 years... I don't remember, but it was fucking long. I love mine, although this past few years I am usiing it to shape my tone more than just a Wah.

And you can buy them brand new in the US for $69, and a lot cheaper if you search EBay.

thanks guyss..really helpful comments... i think should have my own experience and buy it...i found the deal in ebay germany..and it is 73 euros.but also the transportation--it becomes 80..i will check out the stores..

i have a dunlop GCB-95 cry baby i've had it for about ... 2/3 years now and it's been great cost me a shitload though over here in aus .. like 250 australian .. which is about what ... 125 u.s ? ... but yeah ti's great .. the only problem i have with it is it's fricken heavy as but that's ok it's built really sturdy i can see it lasting a long time the other thing is i can't use it sitting down you really have to be standing but i figure that's the same with most expression pedals so they're only minor things . it's an awesome pedal though ..

good choice. i dont own this pedal but i have tried my friend's. Has a very smooth sweep and noise level is pretty low. Very expressive and nice pedal to add to ur setup. It's pretty hard to turn it on and off sitting down but thats just me.
