Can anyone give me an update on current state of play ?
I saw that there has been some sort of update on the zw forum, but cannot be ****ed to read through all the posts to try and see if there is any new information on there.
Are they still saying they are gonna ship *AND* offer a refund, or is it just cancel all orders and give a refund now ?
I'm so ****ing annoyed and confused now. I mean, even CC has lost his cool !

I sent them an email to either send my guitars or a refund by Thursday, 5/25, so that if they do not, I can start the charge back process on Friday. Someone called and left a message that they were checking my order and would get back to me ASAP, but that was Monday, and today is Wednesday, and they haven't gotten back to me yet.
So I am banking on doing a charge back as that seems to be what people are having to do to get their money back. Some people speculate that 357 is using this charge back method to get rid of the many people who ordered guitars and that they only can ship a few.
For what it's worth, I have confirmed through a valid resource that the guitars have been sitting at Epiphone's warehouse waiting for 357 to finish their end of the deal. No broken guitars, no guitars stuck in customs or whatever drivel ButtMaster Chad and 357 spoon feed the masses. Good ol' fashioned lying is what Chad and 357 have been doing. We can back that up. It is completely obvious that 357 misappropriated our funds for this "promotion" since they have continously failed to deliver.
Friday is my drop dead day for this joke of a deal. If my shipping info does not show up by Thursday, I will strongly recommend EVERYONE do a charge back immediately and slam 357 with everything we got.

Unfortunately, I cannot do anything because my credit card company aint interested due to the period expiring. Maybe it is different for the US.
I am still chasing it with my CC company, but it isnt looking very promising.
And how come whenever I hit the ****ing quote key in firefox, it opens the ****ing search facility ? Anyone know how the **** to turn the quote key off ? ****es me off nearly as much as this ****ing deal !

This is only a list of confirmed orders, all orders without a number are listed with ?'s, and I havent listed the assumed guitar type unless it was given (if someone ordered in the middle of the sawblade deals and didn't mention the guitar type, I did not assume it was a sawblade). Anyone can fee free to PM me info if they want (I already got all of the info from the .com board and (recently) this thread). I still have no idea what to do with this info, but maybe someone could suggest something or could use it somehow.
This also doesn't take into account mp4 players, diecasts, posters, etc... If anyone else wants to do that: Have fun. PM me if you want the unlocked spreadsheet to modify.

Thats good info!! We all knew 357 hadn't paid Epi....but this is the first I've seen someone say they were all at Epi's warehouse. I was thinking a good part of the order was n't even built yet, because they were never ordered.

The news of the ZW giveway debacle made it to Blabbermouth after all. http://www.roadrunnerrecords.com/blabbermouth.net/ It's pretty cool, since the site belongs to Zakk's record label, and they could have tried to stonewall it, but their readers have submitted the info and they had to react.

I dunno... Seems like after this weekend they may be gone... Who knows?

We just wanted to drop everyone a line to let you know that we will not be able to respond to emails this weekend, as our website, 357customs.com was hacked, and our email has been bombarded with virus attacks.
As our computer techs clean everything up, our computer system will be down and we will not be able to reply to emails until after the holiday weekend.

I suspect that David Lee Roth is responsible. I remember a quote from him (this is going back a few years) saying that if he ever got back in Van Halen and there was a reunion, then he would throw so much misinformation around to generate maximum interest.
I'm thinking 357customs got hold of his marketing plan !!!
