This is just flat out pathetic. Many people say how "Zakk is for the fans" and all that bull, and now we see straight up that Zakk doesn't care about the fans.

Actions speak louder than words, and in this case Zakk has done absolutely nothing.

I just got off the phone with the FBI an they say that it has to be over $70,000 dollars worth of rip off before they will look into it.However when I mentioned the name Daniel j Beaguess they put me on hold and asked to call me back.I then called the tenneesee bureau of investigations and let them know what was up as well.My next step will be to call the local police in brentwood tenn to file a complaint with 357 customs.I am hoping they will go there to see whats up.I have heard that Mr Beauguess has been considered a flight risk and has had his passport revoked in the past with other things criminal.I'm really ****ed now just for the fact of being bullsh*ted from this guy.I wont give up till I get mine,or that basturd is in prison!

Beserkers, nobody is more upset by 357's unscrupulous activities than I am, and I assure you that I did not know about or approve any of these activities. That is why I have directed my attorneys to take all steps necessary to address this situation. I realize it has been frustrating for you waiting for information, and as soon as the attorneys report to me next week, I will update you with a more complete statement.

Hmmmm. Another CYA statement that says pretty much nothing. I guess we wait until next week to see if any solid information comes out.

Ok, I told everyone I would go back to 357 today and I just left. The cars are back that have always been there. I spoke to Tim face to face about what was going on and he told me that everyone would receive there guitars that the cash flow problem is starting to be resolved and he thinks by the end of this month things should be straightened up. There was a guy on the loading dock rolling out huge pallets of diecast and Tim said they were taking them down to Fan Fair today(its a huge Country Music festival here in Nashville) they have a deal to sell them there, and that would help out adding to their cash flow. Again, I spoke to him face to face and I could see no indication that he wasnt speaking the truth. He said all of the lawyers involved have kept any type of official statements from coming out. Tim was very polite to me and answered anything I asked. Also I have attached photos of 357 that I took today. Please dont bombard me with questions this is all I know and as far as my personal view on Tim statements he seemed to answer honestly with out pause so I untill I hear somthing different I wil believe him. Things may change, but thats the info I have. And please dont start ripping me yall asked me to go by and try to get info and I did so dont start accusing me of being a suckup or in denial or whatever I spoke to Tim and he respectfully spoke to me so just take the info how you like.

Well, it's going to be interesting to see what 357 says once they are officially served with the suit, if they haven't been already.

Lots of guys at .COM are pissed that Zakk is sueing, but in reality, Zakk probably won't see a dime from 357. Zakk can't get what 357 doesn't have.

Within the last couple of months, 357 stuck a deal with Nickelback and Tenacious D for bikes. I'm real curious as to what those guys think now.

I am one of the many the fell for the scam I did get 2 ZW bullseye bikes ( I should have gotten 1 Sold them on EBAY for around $10.00 each. Now I'm only $140 in the hole! By the way the New phone number for 357 is now disconnected. LOL
