zoom gfx707 output buzz cutout hlp req


anybody had the same problem with the zoom 707 it the output cuts out sometimes i have to wiggle the lead, its not the lead but the input itself. i tried a squirt of wd40 but it was the same anybody know a fix except for junking the thing

ok i figured it out, for anyone who has a similar problem or if it happens in the future. take metal back plate off then remove
all screws holding down the pcb circuit board turn it over if you look where the input sockets are you can see ther are attached by solder points,somtimes these crackie solder does
so its just a simple case of using a solder iron and heat the point where the cracks are and melt the solder bit and it goes togheter again and maybe use a little new solder as well.
while your at it why not use a little wd40 on the micro switches.put it back toghter and it should good as new, worked for me
