Blind Melon's No Rain

Just finished recording this one. I'm playing all the instruments and singing. This is a rough first mix. Let me know if you hear any adjustments that need to be made.

Top notch playing on this (sounds like the CD). The vocals sound pretty good. They would sound even better if sang an octave higher. Pretty damn good cover. Thanks for posting.

I would if I could!

I think I'm going to rework the vocal track though (although at the same octave). I'm not happy with the tremolo I recorded it with.

You should be able to stream it even if you're not a member. I think you have to be a member to download the MP3.

I also just realized I can upload directly on here. That's cool!

I attached the mp3 to this post

Spectacular!!! Always liked Blind Melon, but got really into them when that live album came out. A buddy of mine had it and I used to throw it on any time I was in the car with him. It's a great disc. Music is RIGHT on. Caught me off guard hearing a deeper voice to it, but it certainly works very well. I thought maybe the harmony parts could be a little clearer, little muddy or something? But regardless to pull off all of this solo is impressive and done extremely well. Hope to hear more. Loved it.
