Eric you really know how to create moods/vibes with your playing. That has always been the most important thing to me as a listner and fan, no matter what I am listening to. Using this background track is really cool cuz it already has a cool vibe to it. Also you are doing something which most guitar players from our generation have not. Sampling (or in this case using midi file) of someone else's music. You are giving them credit as you should, so its not ripping off. If you ever release it all you have to do is get permission leagaly, which I am pretty sure they can't vito, and pay a small fee per copy sold. Just think of how many kids you may turn on to guitar by doing this. You may have been just messing around but this could be a really cool Eric guitar mix of Eminem. Good job.

Thanks Joy, personally I am not much into rap but Eminem has a lot of really dark melodic music backing him and I can't get enough ot it. As far as backing tracks go I think that songs like this are an untapped resource, loaded with room to write over.

see growing up from chicago i was raised on rap and rock..so eminem is ok with me...just every girlfriend i ever had wants to marry the dude..shit any girl i know today thinks hes a hottie..i don't know about all that but the guy can rap for a white guy..he says some pretty funny shit in a lot of his raps..

I agree, the guy is a wordsmith and it comes naturally for him. Also, the backing songs that he uses are pretty intense.

there is a new rumor going around that the FBI is gonna start investigating eminem cause in a new song for his new album he talks about killing or doing something to the president and word got out about it so now they are pissed and consider it a threat..
