Eruption (?) in F

Since we were talking about eruption in another thread I thought I'd post my latest interpretation.
As many others I have no ambition to actually learn the song. I know a few pieces and then I just go crazy on the rest.
Recorded this a while ago while I had my guitar tuned down two whole steps, to C. Hence eruption in F.
Just going at it, making lots of noise! I faded it towards the end, cause I don't know the tapping part. I've looked at the tab a few times... to many numbers, how am I supposed to remember that!? haha.

Anyway, here it is, just for fun. Oh, and I don't have a whammy on my guitar

I haven't actually heard the original ... but have heard a couple of interpretations. How did you go from SRV to this... =P

Pretty impressive playing ... not my thing though. (:

Excellent interpretation. Nice switch of style from your bluesy playing. You ripped it up damn good!

Okay Naif...............step away from the guitar, grab the decaf, and take deep breaths................call us in the morning. Quite the opposite end of the spectrum from The Sky Is Crying.

Well, I listen to everything from blues and jazz to death and black metal. Hence, I play a little bit of everything. It's pretty fun to just make tons of noise and let it rip from time to time

Very gritty and aggressive work here! It was fun! I was a little apprehensive about checking out this post for fear that it was another home video type thing. -those things give me nightmares!
