Foo Fighter's Everlong
So this is my first song post and also one of the first full recordings I've ever done. All constructive criticism is appreciated. Thanks for listening!

Nah, no POD. Just used a Telecaster direct into a Hot Rod Deluxe.

The choice of gear alone gets high marks from me. This sounds really good; thought maybe the guitar levels could be tweaked a bit or you could cheat and toss a lot of compression on the mixdown. Does your Tele have special pickups in it? You got a great sound out of it, especially on the heavily distorted parts.

this is great - I keep forgetting how good the Foo Fighters are and this is a cracking song. Great tones too.

Thanks for the kind words guys! I am just getting into recording and it's really a lot of fun, not to mention an excellent way to practice. It's nice to know that others actually think it sounds okay!
ksdb, the guitar I used is a California Series Fat Tele, but I didn't use the neck humbucker. I used the bridge Tex-Mex single coil with the tone rolled back a bit and the "more drive" channel on my HRD.

WOW. You got some seriously great FF tone from that Hot Rod. I didn't even know it could get that distorted. Good job!
