Jump In The Fire _ Metallica
Hey dudes. Just posting what I worked on tonight. This recording is mostly Layered guitar tracks (meaning, there are usually at least 2 guitars going throughout the song, panned to the right and left speakers). Some interestintg things happened near the end. I overlapped two different songs parts but it ended up flowing fairly well together. Let me know if you agree or not.

Re: Jump In The Fire _ Metallica
Thanks TopJimmy. I agree, this is one of the better Metallica songs, and it is one of the easier ones to play! I just listened back over it and it doesn't sound as good as I thought it was sounding last night after the Whiskey I was drinking...
+
But oh well, I'll work on it and repost an improved version. Glad you thought this version was at least entertaining. Thanks for listenin'.

I appreciate your honesty. In listening back to this track today, I am not really even liking it that much. I just laid it down after a couple of whiskeys last night
( + + + )
and was wanting to feel some sort of accomplishment for my efforts during the evening, so I posted it. I will be exploring some ideas that stemmed from this recording session and re-post this guy after some more focused studio craftmsmanship.

[/ QUOTE ]Yes, many people overlook the advantages of incorporating liquor into your jamming.

Re: Jump In The Fire _ Metallica
Thanks a lot dudes. As a result of your encouraging support for this slopfest of a recording ( ), I shall practice it and re-post after I perfect it a bit.

Re: Jump In The Fire _ Metallica
Superb KC as usual, I liked the solo overlap, it sounded more interesting than the metallica version. Great song. I played it years ago so now I'm just gonna have to re-learn it.

Do you need me to post the BT for Jump in the Fire or do you have it already?
