Re: Led Zeppelin - Black Dog Cover
Do you use your v-amp 2 for most of your recordings scott?

Yes I do now mab. all of my recordings now are done with my vamp. I havent used m=y korg ax1g or my zoom processors in awhile. I been having fun with this gizmo.

Re: Led Zeppelin - Black Dog Cover
It's a quality piece of equipment. I still cant believe how cheap you can buy them for compared to the POD. Havent tried a pod yet, but i cant imagine it as being much different from the v-amp.

Re: Led Zeppelin - Black Dog Cover
thanks all so far who have checked this out. Yeah,, I agree with you Mab. I see the Pod has gone down in price but I am still waiting for it to go down a little more. I am happy with the Behringer V Amp 2 processor. I have yet to tap into it cause you can change reverb settings,, cabinet settings,, etc and the thing does so much for the money you pay for it. I recently hooked another guitarist at guitarbattle onto the v amp. He said he loves it as well. He was wondering about the pod. I told him the v amp does jaust as much and you get more stuff with it, but someday,, i want the pod 2.0 cause now the pod xt is out and i am hoping the pod 2.0 will go down to like 140 to 150 dollars.

Re: Led Zeppelin - Black Dog Cover
I havent started changing the cabinet settings on mine yet. But i change the reverbs all the time. They can make a massive difference to your sound.

Re: Led Zeppelin - Black Dog Cover
thanks for the advice mab. I'll give that a shot with the reverb as well. thanks alot for sure. changing the cab settings changes your tone as well on it.
