Palladio - DeBeers diamond commercial - Guitars101

This is a classical piece by Karl Jenkins, written for a violin quartet, and has been used as background music for the DeBeers diamond commericials. I heard a rap song a while back that sampled parts of the song and thought it sound cool with a beat behind it. Who needs violins when you have electric guitars???

LOL... "priceless". I think of a spoof I saw where the guy hands her the jewelry and the legs go from crossed to..., well ya know. Great stuff KSDB! Really something different and hugely entertaining.

Very cool song choice to cover, KS! I am a big believer that music is music, regardless of what style and instruments the notes are represented with. I am always thinking about how certain non-rock songs would sound with some heavy guitar or maybe on piano. This is a grat set of melodies/harmonies to play with....And play with them, you did! Really cool post!
