POD day 4...Crazy Train
Found a great sample for this track. It's called Gary Moore and is based on a Marshall JCM800. Let me know your thoughts on the guitar sound. It gave me a chance to do some Zakk/Randy.

Re: POD day 4...Crazy Train
Seems complete and is great to me !!!
All that's missing is the vocals.
Let's see now. Eddie, Vai, then Zakk. You can play lots of styles can't you dude !!!
Keep 'em coming (but don't lose your job over it, or you might have to sell it to me)..
Hold on, KEEP 'EM COMING !!!!

Re: POD day 4...Crazy Train
LIke Jethro said, we can exchange tones over the net! Wey hey! This Gary Moore one is kickass. To me, a sound is good if I can get the Zakk squeal without too much distortion. I can out of the 5150 and I can out of this...but one has valves and weighs 50lbs!

Re: POD day 4...Crazy Train
wahwah, I like you pings and the little fills you're using. Much in the style of the late Randy.
I like the descending lick at 1:17. Would you mind tabbing it for us? I always wanted to get that one down.
Very nice work on the solo and the pick tapping part that sounds just right too.

Re: POD day 4...Crazy Train
Have a look at the UK site guys...I could get it shipped for you? Go to www.ebay.co.uk. I'll have a listen to the bit you mean CC. As for tabbing, it would be slow but I'll see what I can do.

Re: POD day 4...Crazy Train
This one I am hoping to get for around $300 but I think there's a pretty slim chance of that. If it doesn't work out I won't be too dissapointed I hate dealing with all the shipping crap. It's much easier to just go and pay for a new one.

Re: POD day 4...Crazy Train
I picked mine up for £230 which is about $400 I think. There's lots of people selling them at the moment.

Re: POD day 4...Crazy Train
Listening back, I reckon that some of the lead work is too loud...would you guys agree?

maybe if your goin' for total originality, but i always thought it was too light originally... i like your version better... that's how it oughtta be, especially with no vocals... somebody has to lead, might as well be the guitarist!!!
