This is the kind of stuff that makes want to play the guitar. Great sounds (even with a little clipping) and a totally cool mood.

Lovely stuff man. Playing is superb but clipping....like evrybody else said. Very noticeable in such a 'quiet' song.
Peter Green is a legend. I've been looking for a backing track of 'Oh Well' for ages...anybody got it?

[quote=Rythameen]I think I am going to be showing my age here, but this is one of my favorite songs from when Fleetwood Mac was Fleetwood Mac. I mean way back when Peter Green, Jeremy Spencer and Danny Kirwan were on guitars, and Lindsay Buckingham was just a gleam in his daddy's eye. Anyway, this is Albatross from about 1968, no flash, just a nice melody. I think there is a little clipping going on in my recording, but I was too tired/lazy to redo it, so you get it warts and all.
man thats the way peter played eveything warts and all

Wow Mojo, thanks for dredging this on back up, it is still one of my all time favorites, Greenie had such a way with melody, while still sticking in a blues vein. Thanks again.

That's pretty cool. You don't hear alot of this kind of music on the 'net. Peter Green was a great player, and you've nailed this song. You just have to love the drums on this! And what cool tone on that guitar, it's just dripping icicles. Thanks for this one.
P.S. Fix the damn clipping! I want to save this one, but it clips like crazy.

I believe it's just E major pentatonic, harmonized basically in 3rds.
