Are you a rhythm guitarist? Do you ever sit around at home and crank up the stereo and jam along to your all time favorite tunes just for fun? I know I do, and I thought it would be fun to start a topic where people could record themselves playing along with their all time favorite tunes "just for fun", and then post them here for all to enjoy.
Here's the deal - use whatever recording equipment you have to record yourself playing along with your favorite tune (The REAL song - not a backing track or whatever.) No need to make it real fancy, just record it and go! When you mix it, make sure your playing is mixed out in front so that they can be heard real well over the song that you are jamming to. Post it up, and enjoy!
I'll get the ball rolling by posting me jamming along with Smokin' by Boston. I have been playing this song for YEARS so I figured it would be a good one to do. Plus it just ROX ASS! heheheh
