Fella's!!! that just flat out ROCKED!!!! Incredible production!!! SLoB...Amazing work here on the track!!! Don't know the band, but the complexity is right up my alley!!! Great soundscape!!! Very prog!!! And Johnny....you just killed on this!! Phenominal vox bro!!! Harmonies are stellar!!!! 5 star absolute!!!!!!!

Great song. Did you do all the programming?? That along would have been plenty impressive, but to get the live instrumentation and vocals in there makes it total masterpiece. I'll have to check out the band.

Very EPIC! Has a Queensryche feel about it...I'll have to check the band out. Great work in putting this all together SLoB and great vox as ever Johnny. 5 stars.

ksdb, I only converted the midi file with synthfont, cant take credit for the midi file, was found on the net, although the backing is now far superior now converted

Thers lots of panning on the different tracks to give it a 3d feel and coupled with some SLoB attitude and the Awsome vox from Johnny helps to give it a close feel to the original
Sonata Arctica is an awsome band and i hope we did the track some justice

I feel that Johnny & I managed to capture the spirit of the original and kick some arse in the process

thanks for listening & commenting, I know I havnt been around much due to other projects going on but its nice to get some comments as tracks like this do take a little work to produce

btw. what synthfont did you use for drums?

thanks all, glad you all liked it despite never having heard of the band or song

caress, was a mix of assorted kits(dry rock preset) & RealAcousticDrums 3, doubled up on rad3 with 1 layer having live reverb to give it that live edge, hammersound.net has them, I always seem to double up on most things in synthfont with 1 track as normal and 1 track with live reverb, I've found that seems to work nicely for the sound/vibe/production im going for in most tracks
