Track is avail on a compilation CD, Back to the Future 80's Vol. 2, released by Topaz Records. Other artists on the compilation CD include Charles Feelgood, DJ Irene etc. I have not heard the CD so I have no idea how the rest of it is. Seems like some heavy duty artists though.
