New Meat
Hello all. Just happened across this site while doing a google search for a certain guitar manual. As my ever so creative and original forum handle suggests, my name is Jeff Monson...a 20 year guitar player who never made it past night clubs. I'm now in the Navy (have been for 15 years) and am serving overseas in OEF....get to go home October 1 and wail on my new toys I bought with all that combat pay....yes, the economy loves people like me. Just got a Jackson DK2S, a Marshall AVT150H, and got a Yamaha DTXPRESSIII Special electronic drum kit. Before I deployed, I wanted to try my hand at recording, then decided to get some new gear for when I get home. As you can see, I don't buy "top shelf" stuff, but I don't care for "bottom shelf" stuff either. I guess you can say I like mediocre gear  . Look forward to sharing ideas with you! |
