Here’s an absolutely beautiful solid body custom color1994
Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul serial # 4 9025. It’s really difficult to get the true color and woods figure of this guitar to show up in photos. Depending on the light source, the color ranges from a deep rich magenta, to a maroon type color that’s truly spectacular in person, and the quilt top is equally amazing from every angle. The back of the neck and body has a beautiful clear mahogany finish, and the guitar weighs a little over 8 pounds. It has a very realistic dark fret board with vintage realistic inlays. The neck is a nice medium slim, the frets have been dressed, and the action is nice and smooth.
The tone of this guitar is amazing!! The only reason I’m selling is because I’m in the middle of making some major purchases unrelated to guitar, and rather sell a few good pieces instead of hitting my savings account.
It has 500K CTS pots, vintage caps with Harmonic Design Vintage Plus replica PAF style pickups with aged nickel covers. These pu’s sounds amazing. Very fat and clear… everything from Duane, Dickey, Paul Kossoff type tones. Perfect for blues, Jazz, and classic rock. The PU’s alone are close to $400 shipped. It comes with a brown
Gibson Les Paul case that has a few scuffs, but is in very good condition. Overall, the guitar and an case is in about “9” condition.
