Will come with password and username for future upgrades.

Includes original box, power supply, usb cable, manual, and all literature.

I am selling this for $275 which will include shipping to the US only.. Thats saving $125 if you were to buy it all new.

Honestly for that price...I would buy one new at Musicians Friend. They are brand new for $299.
