Hey man, I just recently custom build my guitarist and I both some pretty sweet pedal boards (not to toot my own horn or anything haha) with some good wood, couple of yards of felt and some 3 inch sticky velcro strips, and a staple gun you can make it to fit exactly your setup for, most likely, under $20. Something to consider at least...
Otherwise, you should check out rondomusic.com They have pretty nice gear for just rediculously low prices. They just added a bunch of really nice pedal board into their catelog...I'm actualy thinking about ditching my awesome self-constructed one for one of theirs so that I can actually have a lid for my board.
