set is from a '03 EBMM axis, and in MINT condition no wear or scratches.

Hey man, didn;t Tribb say something about these not being the EVH customs because the guitar thjey came off is an Axis, not an EVH. I know for sure that EVH stopped endorsing EBMM long before 2003. So which is it?

I confirmed it with steve blucher over at dimarzio.
the pu's on a newer axis are the EXACT SAME as the EBMM VH sig guitar
VH left EBMM due to not having total rights for the guitar and pickups.
That is why the peavey has different pu's,VH was not permited to take the dimarzio's with him to peavey.
this all can be confirmed

These pickups were only available as original equipment on the EVH MusicMan guitar. MusicMan replaced the Van Halen guitar with a very similar model called the Axis, which uses the SAME pickups.
