Question

Pop or easy listening guitar backup tracks?

I have recently discovered this incredible website and forum. The only regret I have, is that I didn't know about it before. This thing is simply the best. I am hooked.

Here is my question for you now: I am part of a duo (2 guitars, 2 vocals) and we are thinking about changing our gigs to mainly restaurants, weddings, you know, that kinda stuff.

Yep, we are talking mostly about easy listening music but we'll also play some 70's-80's disco-dance-reggae tunes since these styles work well in those avenues. Of course easy listening doesn't have to mean "boring". We wanna give our gig a Pop music kinda groove. Songs by Van Morrison, Coldplay, U2, Elton John and others come to mind. Our gig doesn't have to be Big-Band stuff, if you know what I mean. We want to have a little of everything for everyone, all ages, as long as it doesn't sound like a heavy rock-bar gig.

I have heard a lot of the backup tracks you guys produce on the forum and I must admit that I am more than impressed by what you guys can do. I already had fun at home with some of them. But my question is: Does anyone have any good backup tracks that would fit my new pop-musicish/easy listening upcoming gig and be willing to post those on the forum? That would really make my day!

Thanks guys!
