Hi guys, a friend of mine is based in New York and constantly catching celebrities out there, but she's stuck as to who this guy might be...one person thought it was justin hawkins from the darkness, but i think this guy looks older plus she debated with a waiter as to the age difference...I'm supposed to be the know it all when it comes to decent 70's/80's music, but on this occassion, i'm stumped!
