The list is to short indeed and it is not including my all time favorite Live & Dangerous, from the list I would choose Ozzy

From that list I'd have Frampton Comes Alive, however my favourite is Thin Lizzy - Live And Dangerous. With the Bruce Springsteen 1975-1985 album second, if that one counts!

Some good ones not mentioned too often are CSNY 4 way street; Nugent Double live Gonzo; Otis Rush So Many Roads; and Humble Pie Rockin the Fillmore. Also Miles Davis complete plugged nickel; John Coltrane complete village vanguard. (the latter two of course have no guitar but deserve to be mentioned). Mclaughlin/De Lucia/Di Meola in Frisco is good. If BBC recordings in the studio (with audience) are considered live then we have a lot of good live recordings.

Hendrix live in Berkeley 1970 should be mentioned as it is official now on the Hendrix estate label. If this recording is included then I hate to say it, but it wipes out quite a few other live albums. But then again, if we include all the official bootlegs, try the official Deep Purple Montreaux '69. That recording is possibly the best Purple live recording official or otherwise. As for the poll, I vote for Frampton comes alive. Frampton is truly underrated as a guitarist. So is Lindsey Buckingham. Watch the video of Fleetwood Mac live in Tokyo '77 to see how good Buckingham is. There is also an excellent Rush '76 video going around.
