Been locked up tight working on CD number 5, and I'm getting ready to release a video for a new song dedicated to all my friends called "Wrecking Crew". The video will feature pictures of friends I've made from all over the world, and I'd like all of you (that want to get your 15 seconds of fame) to be a part of it with me! Here's the skinny from my website:

Johnny Lokke cd, and to kick it off I have a new song dedicated to all of you, and want you to be a part of it. If you are interested in joining me, I ask that you send me a hi-quality digital picture of yourself holding a WHITE SIGN on which you have WRITTEN IN BLACK MARKER:

I ask that in your picture you make sure you are close enough to make your sign easily read. If you have a landmark, stand in front of it! Use your imagination.

RELEASE FORM and GRANT OF RIGHTS
By submitting a picture to Johnny Lokke’s “Wrecking Crew” project, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Release Form and Grant of Rights. Your email submission of Material shall constitute your willful and knowledgeable consent to the terms of this Release Form and Grant of Rights.
I understand and agree that the purpose of this release form and grant of rights is to confirm that Johnny Lokke will own all rights to the picture I have submitted (the “Material”) for possible inclusion in his “Wrecking Crew” Video (the “Video”), and furthermore, that I release Johnny Lokke from any liability associated with the Material. In consideration for the chance to have my Material included in the Video, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand and agree that the Material is a “work made for hire” that is specially commissioned or ordered for inclusion in an audio-visual work, as defined in the U.S. Copyright Act of 1976, and that Johnny Lokke is and shall be considered the author and, at all stages of completion, the sole and exclusive owner of the Material and all right, title and interest therein (the “Rights”). The Rights shall include without limitation all copyrights, moral rights, trademarks and any and all other ownership and exploitation rights now known or hereafter recognized in any and all territories and jurisdictions including, by way of illustration, production, reproduction, distribution, adaptation, performance, fixation, rental and lending rights, exhibition, broadcast and all other rights of communication to the public, and the right to exploit the Material throughout the universe in perpetuity in all media, markets and languages and in any manner now known or hereafter devised.
By submitting an entry, I grant permission to Johnny Lokke and his agents, representatives, promotional partners and licensees, to use my Material, name and/or biographical information for exhibition, programming, publicity and promotional purposes without compensation, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I further hereby grant Johnny Lokke the right to change, add to, take from, translate, reformat or reprocess the Material in any manner Johnny Lokke may in her sole discretion determine.
I warrant that the Material is or will be wholly original and not copied in whole or in part from, or based on, any other material, excluding only material that is in the public domain. I further warrant that, to the best of my knowledge, the Material does not and will not violate the right of privacy of nor constitute a libel or slander against any person, firm or corporation, and is not and will not be based in whole or in part on the life of any real person, and that the Material does not and will not infringe upon the copyright, or to the best of my knowledge after exercise of reasonable prudence otherwise violate any right, of any person, firm or corporation.
I acknowledge that I have read or have had read to me and understood the foregoing Release Form and Grant of Rights. I represent that I have full authority to enter into this Release Form and Grant of Rights and I am executing the Release Form and Grant of Rights knowingly, voluntarily, willfully and free from any coercion or duress.
