Live Without A Net - Extra Footage ???

Just ran the Live Without A Net DVD through DVD Shrink. Found some weird video with no sound of what looks like a band consisting of three dudes whilst he drives his 3 wheeler and wonky bike around Amsterdam.

Anyone else ever seen this and know what the heck it's all about ?
