Has anyone seen this yet, can anyone recommend it to someone who only likes Metallica up to the Black album?

Well I haven't seen it but I have seen some clips from it, to me it looks very cool, it basic covers the thing they went through with Jason leaving and James' going into rehab, also the recording of St. Anger.
