Ticket Prices

I have a question for you guys. I heard the ticket prices for the shows this summer will range from 55-89 bucks. I'm set on grabbing two tickets for 89 bucks, and i'm wondering do you guys think that'll get me pretty close too the stage. I dont mean like right on top of Eddie or Mikey, but i'd really like too grab a spot somewhere on the floor level.

Re: Ticket Prices

You may be running against people who buy 200 dollar tickets from companies specializing in this scam. You may also find entire rows of contest winners from local radio stations.
Also some corporate companies buy blocks of tickets up front, and I can see that happening with VH.
I'm not sure that's what the bands stands for wants for their fans, but it's bound to happen.
Just be aware of it.

True YYZ. Then you get the whole experience, and Sucka, if you are going to tape it, it works better from far away

Then again...I have watched from some 20 rows back, right in front of the guitar player and and have had life changing experiences....those were the days you could push up to the front....

I'm gonna go with the 89 dollar tickets and just hope I get good seats. I really dont care really. This is my first VH concert, so just as long as the sounds of that band hits my ears, i'll be a happy dude

Virgin?!? Dude, you are in for one helluva treat!

Try to get the right side of the stage, that's where Ed is most of the time.

Re: Ticket Prices

Thats where i'm gonna try for. The guy i'm really excited too hear is Alex. Everybody raves about how good Ed is, but nobody mentions Al much. I wanna see how bad assed that dude is on the skins.

Also about this pre-sale shit. My friend has AOL so i'm gonna have him order them for me. My only question is do I order them thru ticketmaster, or will there be a special link on AOL for this shit? I'm confused

I got tickets today during the pre-sale for Greensboro and didn't get floor level, but got pretty damn close. I'm just to the right of the stage (Ed's side!!!), in the section right above the main floor. I think most of the floor level seats will probably be gone pretty quick come Saturday though, better get 'em early!
