Velvet Revolver

First off, I'm too lazy to search the archives. So, if there's been a thread about 'em, I apologize. Second, Contraband just plain frickin' jams. Reminds me of the buzz when Appetite For Destruction came out--seriously. If they can stay off dope, I think VR will 'conquer' pop radio and return rock and roll to radio. One can only hope....

They are totally different...but I honestly think Contraband could have as big an impact as Appetite For Destruction did, if radio allows it

Re: Velvet Revolver

There is some rippin' guitar work on there...it is different than Appetite but I meant that it reminds of Appetite in the sense that it's fresh, new, hard hitting rock that I think will sweep the airwaves--at least I hope.
