VH1 The story of Metal tonight

Its been Metal month on VHI and tonight premiers the "Story of Heavy Metal" rockumentary. May 31st is the VH1 Rock Honors ceremony honoring Judas Priest, Queen, KISS, and Def Leppard.

I watched the premier of "Supergroup" last night and it was quite interesting. The fighting among the band members has already started. It'll be like watching a trainwreck.

Haha, more like a trainwreak on top of a car wreak.

Yeah man; that show sucked . ACDC and Zep isn't heavy metal, and they put them in there. Yet they did inspire some heavy tunes. I thought of it more like a 15min behind the music for each band.

After that show, I did get inspired to plug in and play a bunch of good tunes. So its all good

Jeffery Bravo is an unknown quantity at this point
It's amazing how washed up (VH-1) superstars, having a second chance at fame can't deflate the egos-notably the bassist porno singer twit from biohazard, seb bach, ted nug(why he thinks he the stuff i dunno), to make one song. ???????
Notably all singers. So far Ian and Jason are the cool ones, but i wonder how they can put up with all that narccissitic crap.

i agree that acdc and zepplin are not metal and vanfan06 added vanhalen. i also don't think kiss was metal in my opinion. they were more theatrical glam pop/hard rock and all of these were great hard rock bands. not metal. now sabbath maden judas priest etc. now thats metal to me. hopefully part 2 will get to the real metal bands
