Well, call it cliche, but "Free Bird" pretty much says it all. And I love Ronnie Van Zant. He knew his fate. Lots of people put Skynyrd down, but there's a reason for their overexposure.
I still think they were the greatest rock and roll band that has ever existed, when RVZ's feet were still "boynin the ground".
