Wolfmother--yay or nay?

I dont realy know how many of you have heard about Wolfmother; but their one of the best bands to hit the radio in the past few months (in my opinion anyways)...If you havent heard of them--they have a Led Sabbath Jethro Tull kinda sound/vibe.

They are massive!!! Love that 70's big sound they have. They sound like Zep sometimes too. Great band. Love that whole "Hipster Rock" thing. Just rock going full circle! Dont know if you saw this yet http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z94g_4Za7tM

Not sure I like them, they seem to be Led Zeppelin wannabes and I've grown kinda tired of Zeppelin. I didn't like the 80's Zep knock-off band "Kingdom Come" either.

I've been recommended listening to them, and I've listened to them a little bit. Never really got into them that much, but they do have a pretty nice sound going.

Actually I hear Zep, Sabbath, Styx, even some early Rush in their playing. So much better than the neu metal crap and grundge.

great australian band for sure ,

their album i feel is pretty dissapointing . considering what they are like live their "radio" friendly produced album just doesn't capture what they're about in my opinion .

i still love em though !
