Zakk Wylde's Image Comparison

I am curious as to what you guys think about Zakk's current image compared to his image in the late 80's and 90's. I know he is getting older, but it's like he changed his whole marketing stratagie. He doesn't even look like the same person he used to. If you compare his playing style on stage in the late 80's and early 90's to today it's night and day. It's like cool surfer dude meets the hells angels. I think Zakk is just ass bad ass today as he was in the late 80's, but I am just shocked when I watch the live in Philly DVD from 89 and compare it to now. Anyways, what's you guys opinion?
