"Do You Know It's Christmas" completed
This one's finally done....and considering none of you were in the same room when recording it.....it's pretty damn good. A big thanks to VanMan for taking the lead on this one.

Not bad considering different rooms, mics, etc. Any advice for future Vocal takes? Like not load enough, to much room sound ???????? My voice sounds dark and muffled compared to the rest of the group. I had run it thru an ART Tube pre and maybe that wasnt a good idea.  |

It was a real challenge to put this one together......completely different rooms, mics, recording levels...etc. I had to run some through a noise gate due to background hum and compress many of the others becasue the levels were buried.

Hey, this sounds damn good ! It seems I was the one to miss out by not getting my arse is gear and sending the vocal's of myself and my wife off to VHFan !
Sorry about that, I would have loved to have been in on this one with you. It sounds great ! Awesome job, VHFan, considering the technical differences you already described !!!
Hats off to you all ! Never ceases to amaze me that we can actually achieve things like this !

I think it's pretty freaking good!! Must have been a hell of a mixing chore VH and I am not sure anyone but yourself could have put it together, but great job everyone on this!! Loved hearing all of you!
