FULLPROOF METHOD FOR TRACK TIMING
The biggest problem with jams is getting perfect timing. It seems that clocks and other things tend to change slightly from program to program. Axe came up with this method which is fullproof IMO. He records his solo and then he takes the master BT, and cuts out everything after the first few seconds. Then he does a mixdown of the 2 tracks and mails it in.....for perfect timing. I simply line up the first drum click to the nanosecond, cut everything on both sides of the solo out and the result is perfect timing everytime. Attached is an example. Please use this method in the future and it will save me lots of time.
Thanks Axe for this simple but effective idea.
