help


when you guys record with each other what do you use? what im trying to find out is what recording equipment i will need to join in the jams. thanks for your help

i just use a simple program called guitar trAcks by cakewalk...very easy to use...not too expensive ....i use my "line in" on a standard soundcard...

Yea. Cool Edit Pro is free thanks to Peter [img]images/smilies/icon_thumb.gif[/img] I do all of my recording through my VAmp which I paid $100 for. I put it between my guitar and computer, then record and mix in Cool Edit Pro. So, $100 should do you. Click on my Boom box at the bottom of this post to hear some of my recordings. Fuck the playing, but the sound quality is major improvements in home recording [img]images/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif[/img]

thats good quality, so what version of cool edit pro? i only see 2.0, is that good enough?

does cool edit pro have realtime mixdown.....guitar trax doesnt..so i cant fade out ...also does it mix down to mp3...unlimited times? i would just try it but i prefer to keep kazza off my cmp. any other cool features would be a great help..thanks [img]images/smilies/jot.gif[/img]
