Does anyone know of any decent message boards (maybe here!) that detail people looking to start bands up?

Have gotten to that stage where I need to jam and be part of a band.
At moment can;t find anything locally in guitar shops etc.

I live in Cheltenham (England).....

There is the harmony central musician database. I have contacted a couple through it but didn't have much luck getting any further than that.

Yeah Harmony Central is probably the largest guitar players community i've ever seen. Great place with great resources.
